Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid USPS shipping label.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the unwashed, unworn socks in their original packaging or a secure mailer and attach the return label.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any USPS carrier or drop it at a local post office; we will process your refund or exchange once it arrives at our warehouse.
